How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders will typically ship within two business days if the merchandise is in stock. If there is a delay beyond this, we will notify you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account.

How much will I pay for shipping?
Free ground shipping is offered for all orders delivered within the Continental United States. Expedited shipping is available via next day or three day options. These will be available when checking out. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Free shipping offer does not apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship to our Canadian clients.


Can I mail, phone, fax, or email my order?
You can place your order via our secure online system right here at www.alternacremation.com. If you want to order by phone, please call 1-800-609-9308. We cannot process orders via fax.
How long after placing my order will I receive confirmation?
Shortly after the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation.
How will I know if my order went through?
When you place an order and your email address is provided, you will immediately receive an email confirming that your order has been received. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped which will provide you with your tracking number. Please make sure you enter your valid email address correctly so that you will receive your confirmations and notices. Note: If you are using email filters and/or blockers, make sure that you can receive emails from alternacremation.com so that email notices such as these will come through.


What are your return & exchange policies?

We hope you are pleased with the items you purchased. If for some reason you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept any items in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personalized items. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage must be pre-paid. COD on return shipments cannot be accepted.


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped to California.

If my selection is backordered, what happens?
You will be notified via email about the delay and the expected ship date for your item. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped.
Will the colors match what I see on my monitor?
We do our best to accurately represent the appearance of the products we sell. However, please keep in mind that if your monitor settings have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, a product's true color may not be depicted accurately on your screen.
